Nutmeg Indian Cafe operates as a sister company under the umbrella of Nutmeg LV.
Nutmeg Indian Cafe is the vibrant offshoot of our beloved parent restaurant, Nutmeg, bringing the same heart, heritage, and hospitality in a more casual, café-style experience. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Goa — a region shaped by Indian and Portuguese influences — our founders Nelroy Rebelo and Melissa Fernandes set out to create a unique fusion of flavors that reflects their roots and their passion for innovation. From the sizzling Chicken Tikka Wraps to our signature Pasta Tikka Masala, we blend traditional Indian spices with global cuisines to create something refreshingly different, yet comfortingly familiar. At Nutmeg Indian Cafe, every dish tells a story — from our handcrafted Goan curries and soft, fluffy naans baked in a traditional tandoor, to new fusion favorites designed to excite every palate. Hailing from the vibrant coastal state of India, Goa Nelroy Rebelo is more than just the co-founder of Nutmeg Indian Cafe — he’s also the heart behind its kitchen. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Nelroy stepped into the role of chef, driven by resilience, passion, and a deep love for food. Over the past five years, he has not only gained hands-on culinary experience but also successfully led the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring consistency in flavor, quality, and guest satisfaction. With a keen eye for fusion and creativity, Nelroy brings his Goan heritage to life through bold and comforting dishes that reflect a blend of Indian and global influences. His ability to manage both the front and back of house makes him a rare talent — balancing flavors in the kitchen and harmony across the restaurant. Nelroy’s leadership, dedication, and vision continue to shape Nutmeg Indian Cafe into a place where every guest feels like family and every bite tells a story.
